Returns Policy

The cancellation/returns period starts when you place your order and ends 30 days from the day you receive your order. Upon receiving the product, provided it is not damaged and in its original condition, we will fully refund you (including all box contents). After this time, returns CANNOT be accepted. 

Create a return ticket by sending an email to our customer service dept.

(Please include with your item a return form including the order number, contact name, and number so we can process your return quickly.)
